Shipping policy

Arrow Springs ships orders throughout the United States and internationally when available. The following policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 (United States)

Arrow Springs is pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 delivered within the United States.

This offer applies to the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may incur additional shipping charges based on carrier rates.

Free shipping orders will be shipped using the carrier and service selected by Arrow Springs, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Customers may select expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.

Fiber blanket rolls do not qualify for free shipping.  Rolls are drop shipped.

Free shipping can not be combined with other discounts. 

Free shipping promotions are not applicable to international orders.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday during normal business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.


Custom-Made Tools & Lead Times

Many Arrow Springs tools are custom made or produced in small batches.

Because of this, certain items may require additional time before shipment.

Some products may have a lead time of up to four (4) weeks depending on:

  • Production schedules
  • Material availability
  • Order volume

When possible, in-stock items may ship separately from made-to-order items to avoid delays.

If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm current lead times.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The shipping carrier and service level may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Typical estimated delivery times within the United States are 3–7 business days after shipment, though this may vary.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.


International Shipping

Arrow Springs ships internationally when available.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other fees required by their country

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Arrow Springs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Arrow Springs is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen. Customers should check with neighbors, household members, and local delivery offices before reporting a package missing.

If a package cannot be located, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

This information helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Arrow Springs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
