By purchasing products from Arrow Springs, the customer acknowledges that lampworking and glassworking involve inherent risks, including burns, cuts, fire hazards, and other potential injuries.

Assumption of Risk

Customers assume full responsibility for the safe handling and use of all tools purchased from Arrow Springs.

The buyer acknowledges that they understand the risks associated with using tools in high-temperature glassworking environments.

Limitation of Liability

Arrow Springs shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Improper use of tools
• Modification of tools
• Use of tools for unintended purposes
• Unsafe working conditions
• Lack of proper safety equipment

Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for inspecting tools before use and ensuring they are suitable for their intended application.

If a product appears defective or unsafe, it should not be used, and Arrow Springs should be contacted immediately.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrow Springs’ liability related to any product shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
