Refund policy

At Arrow Springs, we take pride in producing high-quality tools for lampworking and glass artists. If you experience an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Customers must contact Arrow Springs before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many Arrow Springs tools are custom made or produced in small batches, certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made tools
- Special order items
- Items modified at the customer’s request
- Clearance or sale items
- Used tools
If you have questions about whether a product is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the information and work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Because many Arrow Springs tools are produced in limited batches, exchanges may not always be available.
If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return authorization for the original item if eligible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
However, orders for custom-made tools or items already in production may not be eligible for cancellation.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
