Mix boiling water with dry crystals make a glass etching chemical with the consistency of water. Produces a soft velvet or satin finish. Large open mouth jar makes dipping glass beads, marbles and sculpture into solution easy. When diluted to 50% strength, it works very well to soften the harshness of sandblasted glass. Not effective on borosilicate glass.
